This Refund Policy explains how to get a refund for purchases on CrushOn Korean (the “Service”), operated by 주식회사 유마인솔루션 (Umine Solution Co., Ltd., the “Company”). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record; approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. 14-Day Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We process approved refunds promptly to the original payment method through Paddle.
2. What You Buy
All purchases are digital: (a) Points, used within the Service, and (b) online courses, accessed by streaming. There is no physical product, and no shipping or physical return is involved.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email business@crushonkorean.com with your account email and the order or transaction ID, or request the refund directly through Paddle — the receipt email from Paddle includes a link to manage your purchase. We confirm and process eligible refunds within a few business days.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. The time for the funds to appear depends on your card issuer or bank.
5. Faulty or Undelivered Content
If a purchase is faulty, not as described, or you were charged but did not receive it (for example, Points were not credited or a course cannot be accessed), contact us and we will make it right with a full refund.
6. Free and Promotional Items
Points or benefits granted at no charge (for example, welcome or event bonuses) are not purchases and have no monetary value.
